Dogs are considered to be man’s best friend because they can provide you protection in several situations. They have strong smelling abilities that can warn you of danger or other problems nearby. This makes them very popular as pets because they have so many great benefits and this is why you need to know the dog training commands for him to perform. Knowing these dog training tips will help you establish a relationship with your dog and improve his behavior.

The first step in how to teach a dog to place command is to let him explore the area he is going to enter. The whole family should leave the house when the dog is about to enter it. When you are walking him around give him positive reinforcement. The dog training tricks for him include treats and praise. Positive reinforcement will make him want to keep going.

The second step in how to teach a dog to place command is to give him the command and move aside. You have to wait until the dog is standing still and does not charge towards anything or come near you. For this to work you need to stay right behind the dog while giving him the command.
