It is very likely that these recommendations have been given by the front office manager in charge of operations for Command Control Protection.

Further, there is a link with the previous office manager. The former office manager left the company in August of 2009. Further, he was not able to provide instructions to the sales reps and he failed to provide feedback on their performance. The previous office manager indicated that the lower management should have been more careful in their choice of candidate since the command dog failed to meet his expectations and was not able to perform accordingly.

The owner has since been removed from his position. The case file shows that this individual is linked with several lawsuits that were brought against the company. These lawsuits were brought by individual sales representatives who were dissatisfied with their performance. The owner of the company has also been removed from his position and is now facing financial troubles as a result of these lawsuits and he is under investigation. It is obvious that this man did not have sufficient experience in order to handle the office manager position.
